Brewer's Comments: "This will be my seventh attempt at brewing beer, my second recipe using 1 can of (HME) and 1 can of (UME). I modified the Mr.Beer recipe by adding 1/2 pouch of booster to increase the body and add a bit more alcohol content.
After fermenting for 15 days I sampled a small amount before bottling it. The brew was a light golden color with a cloudy appearance, it tasted like a really good beer, not at all sweet. I will let the fermentation go on for another 7 days anyway before bottling it up."

"Wheat beers, depending on the style, can range from pale and light body to dark brown with full body. Wheat beer is characterized by it's cloudy appearance and it's banana and sometimes vanilla aftertaste."
